Food and fibre, handled with a paper trail.
Select Fluence connects growers and buyers with traceable produce and grain — food-safety practices, documented chain of custody, and delivery windows you can plan production schedules around.
Services
From field to processor — produce, grain, and food-grade handling with full traceability.
Produce sourcing
01Seasonal contracts and spot purchases with grade specifications and independent inspection at receipt — not a visual check at the dock. We maintain relationships with growers across multiple growing regions so a weather event in one zone does not leave you without product. Certificates of analysis and country-of-origin documentation accompany every load.
Grain handling
02Storage, blending, and outbound loading with moisture content, test weight, and grade recorded at intake and confirmed at outload. Lot integrity is maintained through segregated storage and documented bin assignments — not a commingled pile with a paperwork note. Weight tickets are issued on calibrated certified scales and available within 24 hours.
Food-grade logistics
03Refrigerated and dry lanes with documented sanitation records between loads and temperature logs available to your receiving team before the truck backs in. Drivers are trained in food-safety handling requirements appropriate to the commodity. Rejected loads are documented by us rather than disputed at your dock.
Compliance support
04Traceability records, supplier verification letters, and audit packets prepared for buyer and regulatory reviews without a three-week lead time. We maintain records in a format compatible with FSMA, GFSI schemes, and common retailer portals. One-call recall readiness means we can pull a full lot trace in under two hours.

FAQ
The questions we get asked before most projects start.
Both, with segregation and documentation appropriate to each certification programme. We do not commingle organic and conventional product. Third-party organic certificates for growers in our network are available on request.
Minimums vary by commodity, season, and delivery distance. Contact us with the specific item and volume you need and we will give you a current-season number rather than a published figure that may not reflect availability.
We coordinate export documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and customs brokerage through licensed partners for markets we serve regularly. For new export destinations, we assess compliance requirements before quoting rather than after the order is placed.
Disputes are resolved against the inspection records issued at intake. If our inspection missed a condition that was present at receipt, we work with you to find an equitable resolution. We carry trade credit insurance on significant transactions to give both parties a backstop.
